摘要
随着商用车向节能、轻量化和重载方向发展,变速箱和车桥齿轮的润滑工况日益严苛,对齿轮油的性能和使用寿命的要求也越来越高。目前在用的API GL-5规格的车辆齿轮油已不能满足长寿命的使用要求,由此推动了原始设备制造商(OEMs)对高性能车辆齿轮油的需求。从产生的背景,演变过程和认证方面对SAE J2360规格进行了解读。SAE J2360—2019规格在热氧化安定性,橡胶相容性以及使用寿命方面均优于API GL-5规格,可满足车辆齿轮油长寿命的使用要求。研发SAE J2360规格的车辆齿轮油将是车辆齿轮油重要的发展趋势之一。(图0表3参考文献2)
With the development of automotive in the direction of energy-saving,light weight and heavy load,the lubrication conditions of gearbox and axle gear were increasingly severe,and the requirements for the performance and service life of gear lubricants were increasingly high.The currently used API GL-5 specification of automotive gear lubricant could not meet the use requirements of long-life,which promoted the demand of original equipment manufacturers(OEMs)for high-performance automotive gear lubricants.SAE J2360 specification was interpreted from the background,evolution and certification.SAE J2360-2019 specifications were superior to API GL-5 specifications in terms of thermal oxidation stability,thermo oxidative stability,elastomers compatibility and service life,which could meet the long service life requirements of automotive gear lubricants.Developing the SAE J2360 automotive gear lubricants would be one of the important trends of automotive gear lubricants.(Charts0 Tables3 References2)
