摘要
目的:观察脑出血合并阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)行高压氧综合治疗疗效。方法:选取2016年10月至2019年10月山东省德州市陵城区人民医院收治的脑出血合并OSAHS患者80例作为研究对象,按照就诊单单双号分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组采用单纯药物治疗控制,观察组在此基础上联合高压氧综合治疗。比较2个组别PSG参数变化、总有效率。结果:2个组别治疗后PSG参数变化、总有效率对比发现观察组更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脑出血合并OSAHS患者采取高压氧综合治疗的疗效确切,即可改善缺氧症状,且不良反应少,安全可靠,值得推广研究。
Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of hyperbaric oxygen on cerebral hemorrhage combined with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS).Methods:A total of 80 patients with cerebral hemorrhage complicated with OSAHS admitted to Lingcheng District People′s Hospital of Dezhou City from October 2016 to October 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the number of treatment sheet,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with simple drug treatment,and the observation group was treated with hyperbaric oxygen on the basis of the control group.The changes of PSG parameters and the total effective rate of the two groups were compared.Results:The PSG parameters and total effective rate of the two groups were better than those of the observation group(P<0.05),indicating that there was statistical value.Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of hyperbaric oxygen on cerebral hemorrhage combined with OSAHS is definite,which can improve the symptoms of hypoxia,and has few adverse reactions,is safe and reliable,and is worth popularizing.
