摘要
为了提高电网的规划能力,提出了一种基于供电区域划分的电网规划方法。针对三种不同的供电方式,开展了5 kV及以下电网规划。结合ERP2/6供电安全原则,提高负荷的转供效率,从而更好地支撑上级电网运行需求。要求主干线截面积通常需比截面150 mm^2更大;以3×300 mm^2与3×400 mm^2作为铜芯电缆主干线,并以3×150 mm^2铜芯作为分支线。电缆单环网接线方式应用在城市中心电缆网初始建设期间以及各类供电区对市容建设与供电可靠性需达到特定要求的区域。电缆双环网方法能够克服电缆单环网接线方式因为电缆与变压器发生故障而引起大范围停电的情况。对10 kV网架进行规划,强化了市中压配电网的网架结构,显著提升了装备的配电自动化能力。经规划处理后,有更多中压配电网符合“N-1”的互联率,并取消了高损耗变压器。
In order to improve the planning capability of power grid,a power grid planning method based on the division of power supply areas was proposed.According to the three different power supply modes,5 kV and below grid planning was carried out.In combination with the ERP2/6 power supply safety principle,the efficiency of load transfer was improved,so as to better support the operation demand of the superior power grid.The cross-sectional area of the trunk line should be larger than the section of 150 mm^2.3×300 mm^2 and 3×400 mm^2 copper cores were used as the main trunk of copper cable,and 3×150 mm^2 copper core was used as the branch line.The single-loop network connection mode of the cable was applied in the initial period of construction of the cable network in urban center and in the power supply areas with specific requirements for city appearance construction and power supply reliability.The double loop network method of the cable can overcome the problem of widespread power failure that the single loop network connection mode might cause due to cable and transformer failure.The 10 kV grid-frame was planned,the grid-frame structure of the medium voltage distribution network was strenthened,and the ability of power distribution automation of the equipment was significantly improved.After planning,there are more medium-voltage distribution networks that conform to the“N-1”interconnection rate and eliminate high loss transformers.
