摘要
目的:应用全自动阴离子洗涤剂在线萃取分析系统以二氯甲烷为萃取剂检测生活饮用水中阴离子合成洗涤剂。方法:水中阴离子合成洗涤剂与亚甲蓝染料反应生成蓝色化合物,用二氯甲烷代替氯仿进行萃取,用全自动阴离子洗涤剂在线萃取分析系统比色定量。结果:阴离子合成洗涤剂在0~0.50mg/L范围内线性良好(r>0. 9990),相对标准偏差为1.6%~3.5%,加标回收率为93.8%~106.6%,检出限为0. 004mg/L。结论:本方法以二氯甲烷为萃取剂测定生活饮用水中阴离子合成洗涤剂,取得了满意结果 ,同时全自动化可以使不同样品间检测环境条件保持一致,节约劳动力,进一步提高操作人员安全性。
Objective:To detect anionic synthetic detergents in drinking water with dichloromethane as extracting agent by Automatic Anionic Detergents On-line Extraction Analysis System.Methods:Anionic synthetic detergent and methylene blue dye in water produced blue compound,which was extracted by dichloromethane instead of chloroform,and colorimetric quantity was determined by automatic anionic detergents on-line extraction system.Results:The linear relationship of the anionic synthetic detergents was good in the range of 0~0.50mg/L with a correlation coefficient more than 0.9990.The relative standard deviation was 1.6%~3.5%,the recovery was 93.8%~106.6%,and the method detection limit was 0.004mg/L.Conclusions:The method uses dichloromethane as an extractant to determine anionic synthetic detergent in drinking water.Satisfactory result are obtained.At the same time,full automation can make the environmental conditions of different samples consistent,save labor and further improve the safety of operators.
