摘要
由于钛及钛合金良好的物理化学性能,广泛应用于航空航天、生物医疗、汽车产业以及人们的日常生活中。原有Kroll法钛冶炼钛的工艺流程长、能耗高,导致钛的生产成本居高不下,限制了钛的进一步发展,急需开发新的低成本钛生产工艺。目前钛冶炼工艺主要分为金属热还原法和熔盐电化学法。本论文主要对近年来国内外钛冶炼工艺的最新研究进展进行了概述,对各方法存在的问题进行了分析探讨,以期为未来钛冶炼工艺的改进提供参考。
Due to the good physical and chemical properties of titanium and titanium alloys,it is widely used in aerospace,biomedical,automotive industry and people’s daily life.The original Kroll method has a long process flow and high energy consumption,which leads to high production cost of titanium,limits the further development of titanium,and urgently needs to develop a new low-cost titanium production process.At present,the titanium refining process is mainly divided into the metal thermal reduction method and the molten salt electrochemical method.This paper mainly summarizes the latest research progress of titanium smelting process at home and abroad these years,and analyzes and discusses the problems existing in each method,in order to provide references for the improvement of future titanium refining process.
