摘要
针对目前水泥窑脱硫过程中的一些技术难题,南京永能新材料有限公司通过碱土金属和催化剂等组分的优化设计,研究开发了一种新型高效的中性脱硫剂产品。文章介绍了脱硫剂产品的技术原理、脱硫剂工业试验及脱硫效果。该脱硫剂脱硫效率高、用量小,可有效降低水泥的生产成本。
In view of some technical difficulties in the desulfurization process of cement kilns,the company has researched and developed a new high-effiiciency neutral desulfurizer product through the optimization design of alkaline earth metal and catalyst.This paper introduces the technical theory of desulfurizer product,industrial tests of desulfurizer and desulfurization effect.The desulfurizer has high desulfurization efficiency and small dosage,which can effectively reduce the production cost of cement.
