半飘浮体系斜拉桥荷载试验有限元分析影响因素研究 被引量:13

摘要 针对半飘浮体系斜拉桥荷载试验初始有限元模型计算值与实测值存在偏差的情况,以某独塔四索面斜拉桥为例,分别考虑桥面铺装、弹性模量和支座摩阻及3种因素组合影响对该桥初始模型进行修正,对比荷载试验实测值、初始模型及修正模型计算值,分析上述因素对有限元模型计算值的影响。结果表明:对于半飘浮体系斜拉桥,桥面铺装和弹性模量对有限元模型计算结果有一定的影响,支座摩阻的影响最大;考虑支座摩阻后,主梁应变及挠度校验系数分别提高了13%、21%,并解决了初始模型中出现的计算位移方向与实测方向相反的问题。同时考虑3种因素修正模型后,应变校验系数为0.77~0.96,挠度检验系数为0.97,主梁和桥塔纵向位移计算值也与实测值吻合良好。 In the load tests of the cable-stayed bridge of a semi-floating system,deviations exist between the initial calculated values from finite element models and the measured values.To address this issue,a single pylon cable-stayed bridge with four cable planes was cited as an example for the study.The model of the bridge is modified taking into account the influence of deck pavement,elastic modulus and friction of bearings and also the interaction of the three.The mea-sured values from load tests,calculated values from initial model and modified model were compared to analyze the influence of the aforementioned factors on the calculated values.The results show that for the cable-stayed bridge of a semi-floating system,deck pavement and elastic modulus affect the calculated values to a certain extent,and the influence of friction of bearings is the most significant.When the friction of bearings is counted,the verification coefficients of main girder strain and deflection are increased by 13%and 21%,respectively,along with the revision of direction inconsistency between the calculated and measured displacements.When the model is modified taking into account simultaneously the three influential factors,the verification coefficient of strain is at 0.77~0.96,the verification coefficient of deflection is at 0.97,and the calculated longitudinal displacements of the main girder and the pylon are in good agreement with the mea-sured values.
