摘要
目的探讨颧骨颧弓联合下颌角截骨整形术后的颞肌变化。方法选取2008年8月至2017年5月接受颧骨颧弓联合下颌角截骨整形术患者共18例,分别于术前、术后2周和术后2年进行颜面部三维CT重建,测量喙突平面颞肌的横截面积,并同时测算咀嚼效率。结果术后2周患者颞肌横截面积与术前相比无明显变化(P>0.05),术后2年颞肌横截面积与术前相比明显减小(P<0.05);术后2周咀嚼效率与术前相比明显降低(P<0.05),术后2年咀嚼效率与术前相比无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论颧骨颧弓联合下颌角截骨整形术后2年患者的颞肌功能基本恢复。
Objective To explore the changes of temporal muscle after zygomatic arch and mandibular angle osteotomy.Methods From August 2008 to May 2017,18 cases received zygomatic arch and mandibular angle osteotomy were selected.The cross-sectional area of the temporalis muscle in the plane of coracoid process and the masticatory efficiency were measured after three-dimensional CT reconstruction before operation,2 weeks after operation and 2 years after operation,respectively.Results The cross-sectional area of the temporalis muscle had no significant change 2 weeks after operation(P>0.05),but decreased significantly 2 years after operation(P<0.05);The masticatory efficiency decreased significantly 2 weeks after operation compared with that before operation(P<0.05),but there was no difference in the masticatory efficiency 2 years after operation compared with that before operation(P>0.05).Conclusion The function of temporalis muscle can be basically restored 2 years after zygomatic arch and mandibular angle osteotomy.
