摘要
简要介绍了湿度传感器和石墨烯的性质,并讨论了基于石墨烯的湿度传感器、基于石墨烯/聚合物复合材料的湿度传感器和基于石墨烯/金属或金属氧化物复合材料的湿度传感器的研究进展。
The properties of humidity sensors and graphene and is briefly introduced.Research progress on humidity sensors based on graphene,graphene/polymer composite,and graphene/metal or metal oxide composites are discussed.
