摘要
龙宇煤化工甲醇精馏装置随运行时间的增加,出现精甲醇产品中乙醇含量高、回收塔塔体腐蚀严重且塔顶杂醇产量过高的问题,影响下游醋酸和乙二醇工序,为此进行了原因分析及相应的技术改造。通过将常压塔提馏段由规整填料改为塔盘结构并设置侧线采出、对回收塔进行整体设计与更换、调节回收塔进料pH值等措施,实现了在运行负荷80%的条件下,常压塔精馏段压差<1 kPa,塔顶产品中乙醇体积分数≤40×10^-6,回收塔日均多回收甲醇25 t,少产杂醇油35 t。
With the increase of service time of methanol distillation unit of Henan Longyu Coal Chemical Co.,Ltd.,there occurred problems of high ethanol content in refined methanol products,serious corrosion of recovery tower body and excessive amount of miscellaneous alcohol products at the top of the tower,which affected the downstream acetic acid and glycol process.In view of the above problems,the cause analysis and corresponding technical revampings were carried out.By changing the regular packing to the tray structure in the stripping section of the atmospheric tower,setting up the side line extraction,carrying out the overall design and replacement of the recovery tower,adjusting the pH value of the feed material of the recovery tower,etc.,the pressure difference in the distillation section of atmospheric tower was less than 1 kPa,the volume fraction of ethanol in the tower top product was less than or equal to 40×10^-6 under the condition of 80%operation load,and the average daily recovery of methanol in the recovery tower was increased by 25 t,and the average daily yield of fusel oil was decreased by 35 t.
