摘要
明确了黄泛平原风沙区水土流失的特征以及水土流失的危害,对黄泛平原风沙区水土流失综合治理措施进行分析。希望今后黄泛平原风沙区能够通过系统性的治理提高生态效益、经济效益和社会效益,运用信息化手段预防、监督与管理以及结合市场需求促进水土保持产品向商品转化,获得更良好、健康的发展。
The characteristics and the harm of soil and water loss of soil and water loss are clarified,and the comprehensive control measures of soil and water loss are analyzed.It is hoped that in the future,the sandstorm area of the Yellow River flood plain can achieve better and healthier development through systematic control,improve ecological benefits,economic benefits and social benefits,promote the conversion of soil and water conservation products into commodities by means of information prevention,supervision and management and combining with market demand.
