摘要
随着中东格局进一步向"多中心"方向发展,各强权实体借美国战略调整收缩之机,纷纷加大了对中东地缘政治的介入程度。其中,俄罗斯通过向中东国家特别是美国的盟友土耳其、沙特等国推销S-400"凯旋"防空反导系统,依托军事技术合作成功实现了在中东地区影响力扩大和对美有效制衡。在这一过程中,俄罗斯充分把握住了中东安全局势变化带来的契机,妥善处理与地缘政治对手间的分歧,并适时以"军售外交"拉近与中东国家的关系,成功以出售"凯旋"防空反导系统实现了其在中东地缘政治上的优势。
As the political landscape in the Middle East is developing further to the multi-center direction,various powerful entities have taken the opportunity provided by American strategic adjustment and contraction to increase their involvement in the Middle East geopolitical affairs,among which Russia has successfully expanded its regional influence to counterbalance the US in the Middle East through selling S-400"Triumph"air defense antimissile systems to American allies like Turkey and Saudi Arabia among others and promoting military technical cooperation with countries in the region.During the process,Russia has well seized the opportunity wrought by changes of the regional security situation,properly handled disagreements with its geopolitical rivals,and timely forged closer ties with the Middle Eastern countries through"arms-sale diplomacy",thus claiming a geopolitical"triumph"in the Middle East through successfully selling the"triumph"air defense anti-missile systems.
