摘要
高等医学教育在培养健康中国战略所需的能够担当民族复兴大任的时代新人的历史征程中担负着不可替代的重要作用。高等医学院校要始终坚持正确的办学方向,贯彻落实好新时代党的教育方针,切实把“立德树人”根本任务落到实处,其根本是作为高等医学院校办学主体的教育工作者首先要“立师德,树人师”,进而才能够在“办学治校、人才培养、医疗服务、内部管理”的具体实践中落实好“立德树人”的根本任务。高校党员干部是高校教育工作者的“关键少数”,自身首先要牢树正确的“世界观、人生观、价值观、事业观和教育观”。这“五观”的培养和提升,不可代替的重要渠道就是高等医学院校党员干部的系统教育培训。本文遵循习近平新时代中国特色社会主义教育思想,紧密结合高等医学教育办学治校实际和高质量发展,探究高等医学院校党员干部教育培训的模式构建,通过“教育培训”,不断夯实和提升党员干部“五观”,切实做到高质量完成新时代“立德树人”根本任务。
higher medical education plays an irreplaceable role in the historical journey of the new generation who can take on the great task of national rejuvenation,which is required by the strategy of healthy China.Medical colleges and universities should always adhere to the correct direction of running a school,implement the party’s educational policy in the new era,and implement the fundamental task of“cultivating morality and cultivating talents”.The fundamental task is that educators,as the main body of running a school in medical colleges and universities,should first“cultivate morality and cultivate talents and teachers”.Their ideals and beliefs should be firm,their ideological quality should be excellent,their professional ability should be exquisite,and their morality should be moral Only with noble sentiment can we fulfill the basic task of“cultivating people by virtue”in the practice of“running a school,training talents,medical services and internal management”.Party members and cadres in Colleges and universities are the“key minority”of educators in Colleges and universities.First of all,they should firmly establish correct“world outlook,outlook on life,values,career outlook and education outlook”.The important channel for the cultivation and promotion of the“five views”is the systematic education and training of Party members and cadres in medical colleges and universities.This article follows Xi Jinping’s new socialist educational thought with China’s characteristics,closely combines the practice and quality development of higher medical education,explores the mode of education and training of Party members and cadres in medical colleges and universities,and through“education and training”,constantly consolidating and enhancing the“five points”of Party members’cadres,and earnestly achieves the fundamental task of“achieving moral integrity and building up human beings”in a new era with high quality.
