基于剪切振动模态的弯张换能器研究

摘要 为探索压电材料剪切振动模态在弯张换能器上的利用方法,提出了一种新型的换能器结构。通过金属弯曲外壳和梯形过渡结构,将压电陶瓷产生的剪切振动转化为金属壳体的弯张振动,实现声辐射,同时提高声辐射面积。利用有限元仿真和实验测试验证了该结构的可行性。研制了换能器样品并对其进行水下性能测试。测试结果表明,换能器在辐射面积为120 mm×240 mm时,在谐振频率101 kHz处最大发射电压响应达到158.3 dB,工作带宽为86~114 kHz。接收灵敏度为-197 dB,-3 dB下接收信号带宽最大可达48 kHz。 In this paper,a new type of transducer structure is proposed to explore the application of shear vibration mode of piezoelectric ceramic in the flexural transducer.By designing this structure,the shear vibration of the piezoelectric ceramics is transferred into the flexural vibration of the metal shell by means of metal bending shell and trapezoidal transition structure,so as to realize sound radiation and increase the acoustic radiation area.The feasibility of this structure is verified by finite element simulation and experimental test.A transducer sample is developed and its underwater performance is tested.The test results show that when the radiation area of the transducer is 120 mm×240 mm,the maximum transmitting voltage response at the resonant frequency of 101 kHz reaches 158.3 dB,and the operating bandwidth is 86-114 kHz;the receiving sensitivity is-197 dB,and the maximum receiving signal bandwidth is up to 48 kHz at-3 dB.
