摘要
建立“双路径”人才培养模式是促进职业教育发展,培养高素质技术技能人才的重要举措。系统介绍了农业高职院校校企现代学徒制“双路径”人才培养模式的建设原则、管理模式、运行机制、保障措施以及评价体系等内容,为进一步提升现代学徒制人才培养质量提供了理论和实践依据。
“Double-path”talent training model,skills promotion and ability improvement,is an effective method to promote vocational education development and to cultivate high-quality talents,and it will be good for students,colleges and companies at the same time.This paper make an systemic introduction to the construction principle,management mode,operation mechanism,supporting measures,evaluation system of“double-path”talent training model of modern apprenticeship system in agricultural vocational colleges.
