摘要
目的探讨复方桐叶烧伤油在全甲拔除术后对患者创面愈合和换药时疼痛的影响。方法选取170例甲沟炎Ⅳ期患者,均行全甲拔除术,且术后在门诊换药。按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各85例。换药时2组创面均予常规消毒,对照组和观察组分别用凡士林纱布和浸泡复方桐叶烧伤油的纱布覆盖甲床创面,后用消毒无菌干纱布包扎,直至创面愈合。比较2组创面愈合情况及换药时疼痛评分(VAS评分)。结果观察组创面愈合时间、创面干燥时间、红肿消退时间短于对照组,换药次数少于对照组(P<0.01),第1、2、3次换药时观察组VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论与凡士林纱布相比,复方桐叶烧伤油可显著加快全甲拔除术后的创面愈合,减少换药次数,减轻换药疼痛程度。
Objective To investigate the effect of Fufang Tongye burn oil on wound healing and pain during dressing change after total nail extraction.Methods A total of 170 patients with stageⅣparonychia underwent total nail extraction and dressing change in the outpatient department.These patients were randomly divided into two groups,with 85 patients in each group.Petrolatum gauze and gauze soaked with Fufang Tongye burn oil were used to cover nail bed wounds in control group and observation group,respectively.Then,the wounds were bandaged with sterile gauze until wounds were healed.Wound healing and pain(VAS score)during dressing change were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with control group,Fufang Tongye burn oil shortened the time to wound healing,drying and redness and swelling subsiding,and reduced the frequency of dressing change(P<0.01).Furthermore,VAS scores in observation group were lower than those in control group at the first,second and third dressing changes(P<0.01).Conclusion Compared with petrolatum gauze,Fufang Tongye burn oil can accelerated wound healing,decrease the frequency of dressing change and relieve the pain of dressing change after total nail extraction.
