摘要 随着风电行业平价时代的到来,风电项目的管理模式、成本管控迫切需要创新与革命。乌兰察布600万kW风电基地是全球单体最大的陆上风电场,作为平价上网的风电基地,创新性地应用了全寿命周期管理,通过对风力发电机组全寿命周期成本的管控,实现对整个风电场的成本管理。文章提出了全新的风力发电机组的招标策略,通过搭建一体化全寿命周期管理平台,结合全寿命周期专业化维保,将风机制造企业变成利益共同体,形成了共建共享、互利共赢的合作新模式。 With the advent of the era of parity in the wind power industry,the management mode and cost control of wind power projects urgently need innovation and revolution.Ulanqab 6 million kW wind power base is the largest single onshore wind farm in the world.As a wind power base operated at grid parity,it innovatively applies life-cycle management,and realizes cost management of the entire wind farm through the management and control of the life-cycle cost of wind turbines.The article proposes a new bidding strategy for wind turbines.By building an integrated life-cycle management platform,combined with life-cycle professional maintenance,the wind turbine manufacturing enterprise becomes a community of interests,forming a new model of cooperation through joint construction,sharing,mutual benefit and win-win mode.
