摘要
本文以某铁矿的全尾砂为膏体充填料浆作为研究对象,采用RST-SST型软固体流变仪对该矿不同浓度、不同配比的充填料浆流变特性进行测试。根据试验所得数据,计算80m3/h流量工况条件下,管道输送状态水力坡度,最终推测该矿料浆自流输送浓度范围为70%~72%,试验结果可为该矿山充填料浆管道系统优化提供依据。
The paper took full tailing slurry with iron ore as the research objects,and measure the rheological parameter under different slurry concentration and cement-sand ratio with RST-SST soft solid rheometer.According to the test data,calculate the hydraulic gradient of the pipeline condition in the working condition of 80m3/h flow rate,finally,recommended self-flow delivery concentration range is 70%~72%,the results can provide a basis for the optimization of the mine pipeline system.
