基于损伤等效理论的AC 25 kV腕臂型支持装置疲劳程序谱编制

摘要 刚性接触网具有结构简单、载流量大、净空要求低等优点,已广泛应用于城市轨道交通中。疲劳程序谱是疲劳试验中加载于被测试结构上的载荷,随着刚性接触网零部件疲劳试验的推进,迫切需要制定针对刚性接触网零部件的疲劳程序谱。以AC 25 kV刚性接触网腕臂型支持装置为研究对象,基于疲劳损伤理论、雨流计数法及古德曼等寿命公式,通过损伤等效的方式将变幅应力循环等效为恒幅应力循环,给出以原始载荷谱中零均值应力最大幅值循环作为原始载荷谱的等效载荷谱的损伤等效方案,通过实际案例对载荷谱损伤等效方案进行有效性验证,基于载荷谱等效方案,得到AC 25 kV刚性接触网腕臂型支持装置疲劳程序谱。 The rigid catenary has the advantages of simple structure,large current capacity and low clearance requirements,and has been widely used in urban rail transit.The fatigue programming spectrum is the load on the tested structure in the fatigue test.With the development of fatigue test of rigid catenary parts,it is urgent to develop fatigue programming spectrum for rigid catenary parts.In this paper,AC25kV rigid catenary cantilever support device is taken as the research object.Based on the fatigue damage theory,rain flow counting method and Goodman's life formula,the variable amplitude stress cycle is made equivalent to the constant amplitude stress cycle by the way of damage equivalence,and the damage equivalence scheme of the original load spectrum with the maximum amplitude cycle of zero mean stress in the original load spectrum as the equivalent load spectrum is given.The validity of the load spectrum damage equivalent scheme is verified by practical cases.Based on the given load spectrum equivalent scheme,the fatigue programming spectrum of the AC 25 kV rigid catenary cantilever support device is obtained.
