踝关节持续被动运动联合肌电生物反馈对痉挛性脑性瘫痪患儿运动功能和日常生活活动能力的影响 被引量:3

Effects of ankle joint continuous passive exercise combined with electromyography biofeedback on motor function and activity of daily living in children with spastic cerebral palsy

摘要 目的分析踝关节持续被动运动联合肌电生物反馈对痉挛性脑性瘫痪(脑瘫)患儿运动功能和日常生活活动能力的影响。方法选择2016年1月至2019年7月于安徽医科大学第二附属医院接受治疗的100例痉挛性脑瘫患儿为研究对象,依据随机数字表法将患儿分为对照组(47例)和观察组(53例)。对照组患儿采用踝关节持续被动运动治疗,观察组患儿在对照组治疗基础上联合肌电生物反馈治疗。比较两组患儿临床疗效、粗大运动功能测试量表(gross motor function measure scale,GMFM)评分、Berg平衡量表(Berg balance scale,BBS)评分、Barthel指数(Barthel index,BI)评分、足背屈角和肌张力评分。结果观察组患儿治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患儿治疗后GMFM、BBS和BI评分均显著高于本组治疗前(均P<0.05),足背屈角均显著小于本组治疗前(均P<0.05),肌张力评分均显著低于本组治疗前(均P<0.05);观察组患儿治疗后GMFM、BBS和BI评分均显著高于对照组(均P<0.05),足背屈角显著小于对照组(P<0.05),肌张力评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论踝关节持续被动运动联合肌电生物反馈能够提高痉挛性脑瘫患儿的疗效,有利于患儿运动功能和日常生活活动能力的改善。 Objective To analyze the effects of ankle joint continuous passive exercise combined with electromyography biofeedback on motor function and activity of daily living in children with spastic cerebral palsy.Method A total of 100 children with spastic cerebral palsy who were treated in the Second Hospital of Anhui Medical University from January 2016 to July 2019 were selected and divided into control group(47 cases)and observation group(53 cases)according to the random number table method.Control group children received ankle joint continuous passive exercise therapy,while observation group children received electromyography biofeedback therapy based on the control group.The clinical efficacy,gross motor function measure scale(GMFM),Berg balance scale(BBS)and Barthel index(BI)scores,dorsal flexion angle of foot and muscle tension score of the two groups were compared.Result The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of GMFM,BBS and BI in both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(all P<0.05),the dorsal flexion angle of foot were significantly lower than that before treatment(all P<0.05),and the muscle tension scores were significantly lower than that before treatment(all P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of GMFM,BBS and BI in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(all P<0.05),the dorsal flexion angle of foot was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05),and the muscle tension score was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ankle joint continuous passive exercise combined with electromyography biofeedback can improve the curative effect of children with spastic cerebral palsy,and is conducive to the improvement of motor function and activity of daily living.
