摘要
随着大数据人工智能时代的来临,以机器人技术为代表的智能新兴产业正蓬勃兴起。本文基于SCP范式,从工业机器人产业的市场结构、市场行为、市场绩效进行分析可知,目前我国工业机器人市场处于中低集中度的初期产业化阶段,表现为工业机器人市场同质化程度严重、市场进入的技术壁垒迅速加高但贸易政策壁垒不高、产业园区低质化集聚、产业竞争力弱等。通过着重分析机器人上中下游产业链以及政府如何更好实施产业组织政策,提出需从产品差异化、比较优势最大化、集聚优质化、政策引导性四方面来对工业机器人产业进行较大力度的整合,以此提高市场集中度、优化产业结构及加强国际市场竞争力。
With the advent of big data artificial intelligence era,the emerging intelligent industry represented by robot technology is booming.Based on the SCP paradigm,this paper analyzes the market structure,market behavior and market performance of industrial robot industry.It is concluded that the industrial robot market in China is at the initial stage of industrialization with low and medium concentration ratio.It is shown that the industrial robot market is seriously homogeneous,the technical barriers to market entry are rapidly increased but the trade policy barriers are not high,the industrial park is low quality agglomeration and the industrial competitiveness is weak.By focusing on the analysis of the upper,middle and lower industrial chains of robots and how the government can better implement industrial organization policies,in order to enhance the market concentration degree of industrial robot industry,it is necessary to integrate industrial robot industry from four aspects:product differentiation,comparative advantage maximization,high quality aggregation and policy guidance,to optimize its industrial structure and enhance its competitiveness in the international market.
