摘要
某市政污水处理厂设计总规模为30×10^4m^3/d,其中一期工程提标改造规模为20×10^4m^3/d,二期扩建规模为10×10^4m^3/d。一期工程采用MSBR工艺,原出水水质执行《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)的一级B标准,提标改造工程增加"反硝化滤池+微砂高效沉淀池"深度处理工艺;二期扩建工程采用"初沉池+曝气生物滤池(两段式:前置反硝化+后置硝化)+微砂高效沉淀池"工艺,提标改造及扩建工程实施后出水水质执行一级A标准。该组合工艺处理负荷高、占地面积小,实际运行结果表明,各项出水指标可以稳定达到设计要求。
The total design scale of a municipal wastewater treatment plant is 30×10^4 m^3/d,and the scale of phase Ⅰ upgrading project is 20×10^4 m^3/d,phase Ⅱ expansion project is 10×10^4 m^3/d.The phase Ⅰ project adopted the MSBR process,and the original effluent quality implemented the first level B standard based on Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant(GB 18918-2002).The phase Ⅰ upgrading project added the advanced treatment process of"denitrification filter+micro-sand high-efficiency sedimentation tank".The treatment process of phase Ⅱ expansion project adopted the process of"primary sedimentation tank+biological aerated filter(twostage:pre-denitrification+post-nitration)+micro-sand high-efficiency sedimentation tank".After the implementation of the upgrading and expansion project,the quality of effluent was required to meet the first level A standard.The combined process had the advantages of high processing load and small footprint.The actual operating results showed that the various effluent indicators could stably meet the design requirements.
