摘要
目的研究中医综合护理配合心理弹性支持对老年脑梗死偏瘫患者日常生活能力及心理状况的影响。方法将70例我院收治的老年脑梗死偏瘫患者按照随机数字表法均分为研究组(中医综合护理配合心理弹性支持)和对照组(常规护理),各35例。比较2组干预前及干预6个月后日常生活能力、日常生活能力、心理状况、自我感受负担,比较2组干预6个月后治疗依从性及康复疗效。结果干预6个月后,2组MBI、ADL、CD-RISC评分水平较干预前显著升高,且研究组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);2组SPBS评分水平较干预前显著下降,研究组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组完全依从率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医综合护理配合心理弹性支持能够有效改善老年脑梗死偏瘫患者日常生活能力及心理状况,降低患者自我感受负担,提升治疗依从性。
Objective To study the effects of comprehensive traditional Chinese medicine nursing combined with psychological resilience support on activities of daily living and psychological status of elderly patients with cerebral infarction and hemiplegia.Methods Seventy elderly patients with cerebral infarction and hemiplegia treated in our hospital were divided into study group (comprehensive traditional Chinese medicine nursing combined with psychological resilience support) and control group (routine nursing) according to the random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The activities of daily living,psychological status and self-perceived burden were compared between the two groups before intervention and after 6 months of intervention.The treatment compliance and rehabilitation efficacy were compared between the two groups after 6 months of intervention.Results After 6 months of intervention,the scores of MBI,ADL and CD-RISC in the two groups were significantly increased compared with those before intervention,and the scores in study group were significantly higher than those in the control group.The scores of SPBS in the two groups were significantly decreased compared with those before intervention,and the scores in study group were significantly lower than those in control group (P<0.05).The complete compliance rate in study group was significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive traditional Chinese medicine nursing combined with psychological resilience support can effectively improve the activities of daily living and psychological status,reduce the self-perceived burden,and enhance the treatment compliance of elderly patients with cerebral infarction and hemiplegia.
