固体冲压发动机自由射流试验空气捕获量测量方法

摘要 针对固体冲压发动机在自由射流试验中的空气捕获量测量难题,基于直连和自由射流试验发动机补燃室中流场具有相似性的特点,提出了一种利用发动机喷管作为临界截面来进行自由射流试验进气道空气捕获量标定测量的新方法。开展了相同构型下直连试验和自由射流试验流场仿真分析,仿真结果表明相同构型下直连和自由射流发动机补燃室出口截面流动参数分布具有相似性,且在相同工况下该截面上压强和空气总温基本相同。基于所提出的空气捕获量标定方法,开展了相同来流组分条件下的地面直连试验和自由射流试验,通过地面直连试验得到的系数对自由射流试验的空气捕获量进行了标定,结果表明直连吹风试验获得的流量系数数据较为稳定,最大散差不超过0.5%,获得的自由射流试验进气道空气捕获量与数值仿真结果吻合较好,最大偏差为2.5%。 Aiming at the problem of measuring the captured air mass flow of the solid ramjet free jet test, an inlet airflow measurement method using the nozzle as the critical section for free jet test of ramjet was proposed based on the flow field similarity of the ramjet combustion chamber in direct connected test and free jet test. The flow field of the ramjet under the same configuration was simulated and analyzed by means of direct connection test and free jet test. The simulation results show that the distribution of flow parameters in the outlet section of the afterburning chamber of the direct connected and free jet engines is similar, and the pressure and the total air temperature of the section are the same under the same conditions. Based on the proposed calibration method of air capture, the ground direct connection test and free jet test under the same inflow component conditions were carried out, and the air mass flow rate captured by the inlet of the free jet test was calibrated using the flow coefficient gained from the ground direct connection test. The results show that the flow coefficient obtained from the direct blowing test is relatively stable, and the maximum divergence is not more than 0.5%. The captured air mass flow of the free jet test inlet is in good agreement with the numerical simulation results, and the maximum deviation is 2.5%.
