摘要
总结基于精准医学模式下的糖尿病患者的诊疗现状,就精准医学的内涵、糖尿病靶向治疗以及足部溃疡的精细化治疗进行总结分析,剖析其应用效果、现存问题以及未来发展趋势。旨在为临床医务人员提供糖尿病足靶向精准化治疗的新思路,以促进糖尿病患者康复、降低截肢率。
This paper summarizes the conception of precision medicine,targeted therapy of diabetes and foot ulcers refinement treatment,in the diagnosis and treatment status quo of diabetic foot patients based on precision medical model,analyzes its application effect,existing problems and future development trend.It is hoped to provides new ideas of diabetic foot targeting precision treatment for clinical staff to promote the recovery and reduce the amputation rate in diabetic patients.
