摘要
Janus乳液是一类特殊的乳状液,其内相是由两种或两种以上不混溶的液体构成的液滴.与普通乳液相比,该类乳液具有更多的增溶选择性和更强的分隔作用,在生物分子、药物分子或营养物质的运输和储备中都有更广阔的应用前景.作者针对多种内相组成的Janus乳液,介绍了其形成原理、制备方法、刺激响应性及应用研究进展,旨在为该类乳液的进一步系统研究及应用提供参考.
Janus emulsion is a kind of special emulsion whose internal phase consists of two or more kinds of immiscible liquids.Compared with general emulsions,Janus emulsion exhibits higher solubilizing ability and stronger separated powder for many substances,making it more useful in the transportation and storage of biomolecules,drug molecules and nutrients.The preparation,formation mechanism and the stimuli response of Janus emulsion,as well as the applications were introduced,hopefully being useful for the further investigation and application on Janus emulsion.
