摘要
黏弹性阻尼器是一种简单高效的被动耗能装置,它是由约束钢板夹黏弹性材料组合而成,通过黏弹性材料的剪切滞回耗能来提高结构阻尼、减小结构地震或风振响应。为研究黏弹性阻尼器的耗能和滞回特征,设计加工了2个橡胶黏弹性阻尼器,对其进行变形相关性和频率相关性循环加载试验。分析了其在不同工况下的每循环耗能、最大阻尼力、存储剪切模量、等效黏滞阻尼比等力学性能指标及其变化规律。结果表明,橡胶黏弹性阻尼器滞回曲线饱满、稳定,耗能显著;随着变形的增加,滞回环面积增大;各项力学性能指标与变形幅值的相关性明显,与加载频率的相关性较小。根据滞回曲线高度非线性的特征,提出了一种考虑多种非线性因素的理论力学模型来模拟该类黏弹性阻尼器的滞回性能,模拟结果与试验曲线吻合良好,各力学性能指标误差均小于9.72%,验证了该理论模型的正确性以及应用于非线性时程分析的合理性。
Viscoelastic damper is a simple and efficient passive energy dissipation device,which is composed of viscoelastic materials clamped with constrained steel plates.It can improve the structural damping and mitigate the seismic or wind-induced vibration response of building structures through the shearing hysteric deformation energy dissipation of viscoelastic materials.To study the energy dissipation and hysteresis characteristics of viscoelastic dampers,two rubber viscoelastic dampers were designed and manufactured and tested for deformation correlation and frequency correlation cyclic loading.The mechanical properties such as energy consumption per cycle,maximum damping force,storage shear modulus,equivalent damping ratio and their changing rules under different working conditions were analyzed.Results show that the hysteretic curve of rubber viscoelastic damper is plump and stable,and its energy dissipation capacity is remarkable.With the increase of deformation,the area of hysteresis loops increases.The mechanical properties have obvious correlation with deformation amplitude,but little with loading frequency.According to the highly non-linear characteristics of the hysteretic curves,a mechanical model considering various non-linear factors is proposed to simulate the hysteretic performance of this kind of viscoelastic damper.The simulated results are in good agreement with the experimental ones and the deviations of each mechanical property are less than 9.72%.The validity of this theoretical model and the rationality of its application to nonlinear time history analysis are verified.
