摘要
为减少加工过程中造成的不断屑问题,本文通过对用于形状复杂的曲轴沉孔钻削加工的刀具结构研究,发现采用一种新型组合式带断屑槽的刀具,可有效解决不断屑问题,提高生产效率,降低刀具成本。
In order to reduce the continuous chip problem caused by the machining process,this paper studies the tool structure used for crankshaft counterbore drilling with complex shapes,and found that the use of a new type of combined tool with chip breaker can effectively solve the chip problems,improve production efficiency and reduce tool costs.
