摘要
提高猪场生物安全管理水平是生猪健康养殖的重要环节。本文介绍了美国生猪养殖环节生物安全管理要求,梳理总结了生猪养殖场选址、猪群管理以及人员、车辆、生物媒介控制等生物安全要素的管理要点。同时,结合国内非洲猪瘟防控工作实际,从完善法律法规、落实相关技术文件、引入兽医人才和社会化技术力量等方面,提出了提高生猪养殖环节生物安全水平的建议,以期为我国生猪养殖生物安全规范管理提供借鉴。
It is an important factor for healthy pig production to improve the level of bio-safety management in swine farms.In this paper,the requirements for bio-safety management in pig production in America were introduced,and the key points of management for the bio-safety factors including location of farms,management for pig populations as well as control for personnel,vehicles and biological vectors were summarized.Meanwhile,based on the actual situations of prevention and control of African swine fever(ASF)in China,some suggestions concerning the improvement of bio-safety level were put forward,such as improving laws and regulations,implementing relevant technical documents as well as introducing veterinary talents and socialized technology forces to scientifically control animal diseases,hoping to standardize the bio-safety management for pig production in China.
