摘要
现行垃圾焚烧炉滑动平台的生产完全由人工完成,该方式存在生产效率低、产品一致性差、劳动强度大等问题。针对滑动平台生产存在的问题,分析了滑动平台的结构组成,研究了滑动平台的生产工艺流程,设计了一条包括7个生产模块的滑动平台装配焊接生产线,并在此基础上进行了现场实施。试生产表明生产线运行可靠平稳,提高了滑动平台的产品质量和生产效率。
The current production of waste incinerator sliding platform is totally by manual work,which accompanied by a lot of problems,such as low production efficiency,poor product consistency,high labor intensity,etc.In the light of problems of sliding platform production,the structure and the production process of sliding platform were analyzed,an assembly and welding production line which including seven production module for sliding platform was designed and implemented on site.The experiment shows that the production line runs reliably and smoothly,and improves the product quality and production efficiency of the sliding platform.
