摘要
铝车身的车身结构及其连接工艺与传统钢车身存在较大差异。通过对钢铝车身混线生产中总拼技术实现的方法研究,提出下铝上钢式混合式车身的车身结构设计,通过铆接+粘接的连接方案取代门槛处钢点焊的连接工艺,并革新连接设备切换技术和优化连接设备存放位置等。通过这些生产线技术改造,实现了下铝上钢式车身与钢车身混线生产。混线生产的方式生产线无需全新开发,有助于缩短项目周期,主要通用设备共用能够减少设备投资,相较于全新专用线体投资减少约63%。
There is a big difference between of the aluminum car-body and the traditional steel car-body in the car-body structure and the connection process.By the research on the method of assembly technology in the production of steel and aluminum car-body flexible line,the car-body structure design of the lower aluminum upper steel hybrid car-body was proposed,the connection process of steel spot welding at the sill was replaced by the riveting and bonding connection scheme,the connection equipment exchanging technology was innovated and the connection equipment storage location was optimized.By the technical modification of these production lines,the flexible production of lower aluminum upper steel and steel car-body was realized.The flexible production method does not require new development,which helps to shorten the project cycle,the sharing of main common equipment can reduce the equipment investment,which is about 63% lower than that of the brand-new dedicated production line.
