摘要
分析自拟中药方剂对糖皮质激素治疗肾病综合征患者造成的不良影响。本次研究对象主要选取重庆三峡医药高等专科学校附属医院于2017年4月—2018年8月收治的110例肾病综合征患者,对照组使用常规治疗方法,观察组使用自拟中药汤剂治疗,每组各55例,对比两组患者的不良反应情况发生率以及治疗前后的24 h尿蛋白定量和血清白蛋白。治疗前,两组患者的24 h尿蛋白定量、血清白蛋白无明显差距,差异不具有统计意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的尿蛋白定量和血清白蛋白明显优于对照组,观察组的不良反应发生率为21.81%,对照组为58.18%,观察组明显低于对照组,差异具有统计意义(P<0.05)。使用自拟中药方剂对糖皮质激素肾病综合征患者进行治疗,可以有效地降低患者的不良反应发生率,值得推广。
The adverse reactions of self-made traditional Chinese medicine prescription on patients with nephrotic syndrome treated by glucocorticoid was analyzed.110 patients with nephrotic syndrome admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Three Gorges Medical College from April 2017 to August 2018 were selected.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with self-made traditional Chinese medicine decoction,with 55 cases in each group.The incidence of adverse reactions and 24 hour urinary protein and serum albumin before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in 24 h urine protein and serum albumin between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the urine protein quantity and serum albumin in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 21.81%,and that in the control group was 58.18%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The use of self-made traditional Chinese medicine prescription in the treatment of patients with glucocorticoid nephrotic syndrome can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,which is worthy of promotion.
