免疫组化法测定LASP1蛋白在鼻咽癌组织中的表达及影响因素分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨免疫组化法测定LASP1蛋白在鼻咽癌组织中的表达情况,并对其相关影响因素进行分析。方法回顾性分析2018年4月—2019年9月期间在郑州金域临床检验中心接受治疗并经病理诊断确诊为鼻咽癌的67例患者的临床资料,使用免疫组化法测定所有患者癌组织及癌旁组内表达水平,并对影响其检测结果的各因素进行分析。结果经检测,LASP1蛋白在鼻咽癌组织中的表达水平为(0.13±0.03),显著高于在癌旁组织中的表达水平(0.03±0.01),差异显著(P<0.05);经检测,LASP1蛋白在鼻咽癌组织中呈高表达水平的患者有29例,占比为43.28%,呈低表达水平的患者有38例,占比为56.72%;两组患者性别、年龄占比对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);LASP1蛋白高表达组患者TNM分级(Ⅳ级)占比显著高于LASP1蛋白低表达组患者(P<0.05);本研究经Logistic回归分析发现,TNM分级可能影响LASP1蛋白在鼻咽癌组织中呈高表达水平(OR>1,P<0.05)。结论LASP1蛋白在鼻咽癌组织中表达水平较高,TNM分级(Ⅳ级)可能影响LASP1蛋白在鼻咽癌组织中呈高表达水平,临床可利用LASP1蛋白作为诊断及治疗鼻咽癌患者的新型分子靶点。 Objective To investigate the expression of LASP1 protein in nasopharyngeal Carcinoma(NPC)by immunohistochemical method and to analyze its related factors.Methods The clinical data of 67 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC)diagnosed by pathology were analyzed retrospectively from April 2018 to September 2019,immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression level in all cancer tissues and adjacent groups,and the factors influencing the results were analyzed.Results The expression level of LASP1 protein in nasopharyngeal carcinoma was(0.13±0.03),significantly higher than that in adjacent tissues(0.03±0.01),the difference was significant(P<0.05),there were 29 patients with high expression level of LASP1 protein(43.28%)and 38 patients with low expression level(56.72%).There was no significant difference between the two groups in sex and age(P>0.05).The ratio of TNM(grade IV)in patients with high LASP1 protein expression group was significantly higher than that in patients with low LASP1 protein expression group(P<0.05),TNM classification may affect the expression of LASP1 protein in nasopharyngeal carcinoma(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusion The expression level of LASP1 protein is high in nasopharyngeal carcinoma.TNM(grade IV)may affect the expression level of LASP1 protein in nasopharyngeal carcinoma,LASP1 protein can be used as a novel molecular target for the diagnosis and treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
