摘要
汽车试验场作为汽车道路测试的重要场所,用于重现汽车使用过程中遇到的各种道路条件。汽车产品在设计、开发以及应用前,需要通过封闭试验场进行危险可控的、大量的、不同层次道路测试,以验证汽车产品的品质质量,推动汽车产品的技术创新。因此,如何保证汽车道路测试在试验场安全、高效的开展,是试验场管理者重点关注内容。本文从汽车道路测试存在的风险进行分析,对道路测试进行风险等级划分,初步建立风险控制模型,并提出相关风险控制建议。
As an important place for automobile road testing,the automobile test field is used to reproduce various road conditions encountered during automobile use.Before the design,development and application of automobile products,dangerous,controllable,large-scale and different levels of road tests are needed through closed test sites to verify the quality of automobile products and promote the technological innovation of automobile products.Therefore,how to ensure the safe and efficient development of automobile road tests in the test site is the focus of the test site managers.This article analyzes the risks existing in automobile road tests,classifies the risk levels of road tests,initially establishes a risk control model,and puts forward related risk control suggestions.
