摘要
为分析多目标优化前、后铝合金车轮径向疲劳可靠性,建立了铝合金车轮的有限元模型并进行静力学分析,在nCode中基于应力分析理论进行数值仿真计算,对车轮进行径向疲劳寿命分析。以车轮的径向疲劳寿命和自重为优化目标构建多目标优化数学模型,优化后的车轮径向疲劳寿命大幅提高,同时车轮的自重减少了15%。基于6σ方法对优化前、后的结果进行了可靠性分析,结果表明优化后的车轮可靠性更高。
In order to analyze the reliability of aluminum alloy wheels under radial fatigue before and after multi-objective optimization,this paper establishes a finite element model of aluminum alloy wheels and carries out statics analysis.It carries out numerical simulation based on stress analysis theory in nCode,and analyzes the radial fatigue life of wheels.The multi-objective optimization mathematical model is constructed with the radial fatigue life and self-weight of the wheels as the optimization targets.It greatly improves the radial fatigue life of the optimized wheel,and reduces the weight of the wheel by 15%.The reliability analysis of the results before and after optimization is carried out based on the 6σmethod,and shows that the optimized wheels are more reliable.
