摘要
基于新时代精准扶贫的本质诉求,探讨了当前精准扶贫工作开展的困境,同时解析了社会组织参与精准扶贫的功能以及参与路径,以期扶贫工作能够达到更高的精准度,以便有效利用多种社会资源完善精准扶贫计划,并引入社会组织的优势资源,优化精准扶贫工作的落实维度。
Improper use will also result in a waste of common social resources and seriously affect the smooth progress of the alleviation plan. Therefore,the methods,principles,ways,and strategies of social organizations participating in targeted poverty alleviation plans need to be further strengthened.Based on this,this article analyzes the essential demands of the targeted poverty alleviation in the new era,discusses its current difficulties,and analyzes the functions and ways of social organizations participating in it so as to achieve higher precision and effectiveness in poverty alleviation work: using a variety of social resources to improve the plan,effectively introducing the superior resources of social organizations,and optimizing its implementation dimension.
