摘要
目的探究急性脊柱创伤疾病临床诊断以及行切开减压椎弓根内固定治疗的效果。方法选取本院2018年2月至2019年11月收治的50例急性脊柱创伤患者作为研究对象,随机分为参考组和研究组,各25例。参考组行急性脊柱创伤常规治疗,研究组行切开减压椎弓根内固定治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果。结果研究组患者围术期各项指标均优于参考组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者治疗总有效率(96.00%)高于参考组(72.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者术后生活质量评分均优于参考组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者总治疗满意度(100.00%)高于参考组(80.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论切开减压椎弓根内固定治疗急性脊柱创伤疾病效果显著,患者神经功能恢复情况良好,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical diagnosis of acute spinal trauma and the effect of open decompression and pedicle internal fixation.Methods 50 patients with acute spinal trauma admitted in our hospital from February 2018 to November 2019 were randomly divided into reference group and study group,with 25 cases in each group.The reference group received routine treatment for acute spinal trauma.The patients in the study group was treated with open decompression and pedicle internal fixation.The treatment effect of the two groups was compared.Results All the indexes in the study group were better than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the study group(96.00%)was higher than that in the reference group(72.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life score in the study group was better than that in the reference group(P<0.05).The total treatment satisfaction in the study group(100.00%)was higher than the reference group(80.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Open decompression pedicle internal fixation in the treatment of acute spinal injury disease has significant effect,the patient's neurological recovery is good,worthy of clinical promotion.
