摘要
目的探讨应力侧穿刺填充在椎体强化术中的临床疗效。方法选取本院2018年6月至2019年6月收治的60例骨质疏松椎体压缩性骨折患者作为研究对象,所有患者给予应力侧穿刺填充椎体强化术治疗,并随访1年。观察患者手术前后椎体前缘高度、病椎后凸角度及生活质量。结果手术后患者椎体前缘高度高于手术前,病椎后凸角度低于手术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者手术后精神健康、生理机能、生理职能、社会功能、情感职能、躯体疼痛、精力、健康状况评分均高于手术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应力侧穿刺填充椎体强化术可有效恢复骨质疏松椎体压缩性骨折患者椎体前缘高度,改善病椎后凸角度,减轻疼痛,提高生活质量。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of stress side puncture and filling in vertebral reinforcement.Methods 60 patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture were enrolled in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 as study subjects.all patients were treated with stress side puncture and filling vertebral body enhancement and followed up for one year.The anterior edge height,kyphosis angle and quality of life were observed before and after operation were compared.Results The height of anterior edge of vertebral body after operation was higher than that before operation,and the angle of kyphosis was lower than that before operation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the mental health and physiology of the patients after operation were significantly higher than those before operation(P<0.05).The scores of function,physiological function,social function,emotional function,physical pain,energy and health status were significantly higher than those before operation(P<0.05).Conclusion Stress lateral puncture filling can effectively restore the anterior height of vertebral body in patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture,improve the angle of kyphosis,reduce pain and improve the quality of life in patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture.
