摘要
针对装配式建筑成本风险管控,通过熵权法确定出装配式建筑决策设计、构件预制、预制构件运输、现场施工四个阶段成本影响关键因素,以此因素量化数据训练BP神经网络,建立基于BIM技术和BP神经网络的装配式建筑成本风险管控模型,收集装配式建筑项目类似工程数据用于分析。研究结果表明,该模型是比较理想的装配式建筑成本风险管控与考核方法,可以提高装配式建筑管理者对于成本风险的管控水平。
According to the risk management and control of prefabricated buildings cost,the key factors affecting the cost of four stages of prefabricated buildings decision-making design,component prefabrication,prefabricated component transportation and construction site are determined by entropy weight method.Based on this factor,the quantitative data is used to train BP neural network,establish the risk management and control model of prefabricated buildings cost based on BIM technology and BP neural network,and collect similar works of prefabricated buildings project process data is used for analysis.The research results show that the model is an ideal method for cost risk management and assessment of prefabricated buildings,which can improve the level of cost risk management and control of prefabricated building managers.
