摘要
在新时代中国特色社会主义制度下,志愿服务在社区建设中和居民日常生活中的角色越来越重要,社区志愿服务是社会力量参与社区现代化民主政治建设的重要途径之一。我国的社区志愿服务起步较晚,在实际发展过程中,存在制度体系、管理规范、人才素质等方面的不足。要充分发挥社区志愿服务对社区建设以及社会治理的积极作用,就要从完善制度环境、社会环境、文化环境等方面入手,将志愿服务精神充分融入社会主义建设进程中。
Under the socialist system with Chinese characteristics in the new era,voluntary service plays an increasingly important role in community construction and residents’ daily life.Community voluntary service is one of the important ways for social forces to participate in the construction of modern democratic politics in the community.China’s community volunteer service started late.In the actual development process,there are deficiencies in the system,management standards,talent quality and other aspects.In order to give full play to the positive role of community voluntary service in community construction and social governance,it is necessary to start from improving the institutional environment,social environment and cultural environment,and fully integrate the spirit of voluntary service into the process of socialist construction.
