摘要
针对筒式磨煤机用电机的性能需求,介绍了该类电机的设计方法。并以一台900kW、6极电机为例,建立其二维仿真模型,通过分析堵转工况及额定工况电磁场参数,进而计算电机各工况性能。最后,将计算结果与试验结果进行对比分析。
In view of the performance requirements of cylinder coal mill motor,this paper briefly introduces the design method of this kind of motors.Taking a 900 kW 6-pole motor as an example,the 2-D simulation model is established,and the performance parameters of the motor in various working conditions is calculated by analyzing the electromagnetic field parameters in the locked-rotor and rated working conditions.Finally,the calculated results are compared with the experimental results.
