Analysis on the monitoring results of rodent density in Jilin province from 2016 to 2018

摘要 目的了解吉林省鼠类的密度、种类、分布情况和季节消长趋势,科学指导鼠类防控方案的制定和鼠类防控工作的开展,保障人民健康。方法在农村居民区、城镇居民区和重点行业3个类型的生境中采用夹夜法进行监测。结果 2016-2018年共收集到有效夹为218 106只,捕鼠数为3 617只,总体鼠密度为1.66%;不同年份的鼠密度是不同的,其差异有统计学意义(χ^2=21.124,P<0.05);不同生境的鼠密度是不同的,其差异有统计学意义(χ^2=182.625,P<0.05);褐家鼠为优势鼠种(占总捕获鼠数的76.33%);鼠类活动高峰期在5月份左右。结论吉林省鼠类防控工作仍需继续加强,鼠类密度监测应持续开展,继续开展鼠类的综合防制,降低鼠害风险。 Objective In order to understand the density, species, distribution and seasonal trend of rodent species in Jilin province, to guide scientifically the formulation of rodent prevention and control scheme and the development of rodent prevention and control work, so as to ensure the health of the people.Methods The method of utilized mousetrap in nightly was used to the monitor 3 types for rural residential areas, urban residential areas and key trades.Results Form 2016 to 2018, 218 106 effective mousetrap were collected, 3 617 rodents were caught, and the total rodent density was 1.66%;The rodent density of different year was different, the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=21.124, P<0.05);The rodent density of different habitats was different, the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=182.625, P<0.05);The norvegicus was the dominant population of rodents(76.33% of the total number of captured rodents). The fastigium of rodents activity was around May. Conclusion The prevention and control of rodents in Jilin province still need to continue strengthening, and the monitoring of rodent density should be carried out continuously, and the comprehensive prevention and control of rodents should continue launching, and the result to be carried out to reduce the risk of rodent damage.
