摘要
目的构建急性缺血性脑卒中静脉溶栓患者护理质量评价指标体系。方法以"结构-过程-结果"质量模型为理论依据,采用文献分析、现场调研、专家评定法初步拟定函询问卷,运用德尔菲法进行两轮函询,层次分析法确定各指标权重。结果两轮函询问卷有效回收率均为100%,专家权威系数分别为0.896、0.902,肯德尔协调系数分别为0.224、0.318。最终形成包含3个一级指标、13个二级指标、53个三级指标的急性缺血性脑卒中静脉溶栓患者护理质量评价指标体系。结论急性缺血性脑卒中静脉溶栓患者护理质量评价指标体系构建方法科学、可靠,具有专病护理特色和实用性。
Objective To construct nursing quality evaluation indicator system for intravenous thrombolytic among acute ischemic stroke patients.Methods Based on the theory of“structure-process-result”quality model,the questionnaire was initially drawn up by literature analysis,filed investigation and expert evalua-tion,two rounds of correspondence were conducted by Delphi method,and the weight of each index was de-termined by using analytic hierarchy process.Results The effective response rates of two rounds were both 100%,authority coefficients were 0.896 and 0.902,coefficients of concordance were 0.224 and 0.318.Finally,three primary indicators,13 secondary indicators and 53 tertiary indicators were established to evaluate the nursing quality of patients with acute ischemic stroke.Conclusions The constructed indicator system for intravenous thrombolytic among acute ischemic stroke patients is scientific and reasonable,which em-phasizes characteristics of disease and practicability.
