摘要
目的了解2018年漳浦县蚊蝇和蟑螂的种群构成、密度和季节消长情况,为漳浦县病媒生物防治及其传播疾病的控制提供依据。方法成蚊密度监测采用诱蚊灯法,蝇密度监测采用笼诱法,蟑螂密度监测采用粘捕法,均为全年监测。结果 2018年漳浦县成蚊平均密度为6.04只/(灯·夜),致倦库蚊是优势蚊种,占85.9%,3—5月有一个高峰,其中3月最高,密度为16.13只/(灯·夜),蚊密度以牲畜棚最高,为11.56只/(灯·夜),其次为农村居民区。平均蝇密度为31.31只/笼,大头金蝇是优势种群,占43.15%,8—9月有一个高峰,蝇密度以绿化带最高,为51.75只/笼,其次为餐饮外环境。蟑螂平均密度为2.96只/张,以德国小蠊为优势种群,占87.69%,蟑螂活动高峰期为8—10月,蟑螂密度从高到低依次为餐饮、农贸市场、酒店、居民区、医院、超市。结论漳浦县主要防治的病媒生物种类是致倦库蚊、大头金蝇、德国小蠊,要降低其密度,应根据它们的季节消长特点及其孳生、栖息习性,采取以环境治理及针对病媒生物孳生栖息重点场所以化学防控为主的综合性防治措施。
Objective To understand the density,species,seasonal dynamic and distribution of mosquitoes,flies and cockroaches in Zhangpu County,and provide scientific basis for control work and related diseases.Methods Mosquito lamp trap method,cage trap method and stick-trap method were employed to investigate mosquitoes,flies and cockroaches respectively.Results The average mosquito density was 6.04 insects per lamp for a night in Zhangpu County in 2018.Culex quinquefasciatus was the dominant species accounting for 85.9%.The highest mosquito density occurred in March with the density of 16.13 insects per lamp for a night.The barn had the highest mosquito density of 11.56 insects per lamp per hour.The average fly density was 31.31 insects per cage,and the density peaked from August to September.Chrysomya megacephala was the dominant species accounting for 43.15%.The average cockroach density was 2.96 insects per piece,with the highest cockroach density from August to November.The green belt had the highest density of 51.75 insects per cage.Blattella germanica was the dominant species accounting for 87.69%.Conclusion The main vectors were Culex quinquefasciatus,Chrysomya megacephala and Blattella germanica in Zhangpu County.In order to decrease their density,the species composition,habits and seasonal fluctuation should be better understood,and comprehensive prevention measures should be taken.
