基于机器视觉的激光投影显示屏色度校正方法研究

摘要 为提高激光投影显示屏图像色度显示效果,研究基于机器视觉的激光投影显示屏色度校正方法,基于机器视觉的激光投影显示屏通过多台投影仪、显示屏及计算机群实现显示屏色度校正和输出,校正时先通过YUV同RGB颜色空间的转换模型以及函数逼近模型,校正激光投影仪显示屏亮度以及色度,再校正每根激光显示屏发光二极管的颜色三角形,确保激光显示屏各发光二极管三基色的色品坐标一致,校正激光显示屏颜色均匀性,增强激光显示屏的色度质量。实验结果说明,该种方法校正后两台投影仪与基准灰度分布值接近一致,可有效校正投影仪显示屏的色度,提高显示屏整体亮度均匀性。 In order to improve the picture colour display of laser projection display screen,the chroma display correction of laser projection method based on machine vision is studied.The laser projection display screen based on machine vision realizes the chromaticity correction and output of the display screen through multiple projectors,display screens,and computer groups.During the correction,the conversion model of the YUV to RGB color space and the function approximation model are first used to correct the screen brightness and chromaticity of laser projector display.And then correcting the color triangle of each laser display light-emitting diode to ensure that the chromaticity coordinates of the three primary colors of the light-emitting diodes of laser display are consistent.The color uniformity of the laser display is corrected and the color quality of laser display is enhanced.The experimental results show that the two projectors and the reference gray distribution value after correction are close to the same,which can effectively correct the chromaticity of projector display screen and improve the overall brightness uniformity of display screen.
