激光技术的轨道表面瑕疵识别系统设计

摘要 为了提高静电场轨道表面瑕疵识别系统的识别速度和识别精度,设计了基于激光技术的静电场轨道表面瑕疵识别系统。为了实现相关数据采集和运动目标之间的同步效果,在系统硬件中加入编码器,从而得到可靠的静电场轨道表面图像采集结果。根据图像采集结果,对静电场轨道表面图像进行图像增强、阈值分割以及特征提取等相关处理,实现对静电场轨道表面瑕疵的识别。仿真结果表明,所设计系统能够快速完成静电场轨道表面瑕疵识别,识别误检率最高为0.02%,识别最长用时约为19 s,验证了所设计系统识别结果较为准确,用时较短。证明了该系统的实际应用效果。 In order to improve the recognition speed and accuracy of electrostatic field track surface defect recognition system,the electrostatic field track surface defect recognition system based on laser technology is designed.In order to achieve synchronous effect between the related data acquisition and the moving target,the encoder is added to the hardware of system,so as to obtain reliable image acquisition results of electrostatic field track surface.According to the results of image acquisition,image enhancement,threshold segmentation,feature extraction and other related processes are carried out on electrostatic field track surface image to realize the recognition of electrostatic field track surface defects.The simulation results show that the designed system can quickly complete the recognition of electrostatic field track surface defects,the highest error detection rate is 0.02%,and the longest recognition time is about 19 s.It is verified that the recognition results of the designed system are more accurate and the time is shorter.The practical application effect of the system is proved.
