摘要
[目的/意义]在网络舆情治理的过程中,意见领袖作为关键节点,其在舆情传播演变和舆论引导过程中发挥着重要作用。[方法/过程]采用文献计量学分析方法,借助于软件Citespace5.6.R2,以2008-2019年CNKI数据库中159篇文献为样本,从时间分布、主要研究力量分布、高被引文献分布等方面,对网络舆情治理中意见领袖舆论引导研究进行分析,通过施引文献的名词性术语、高频关键词知识图谱、聚类分析、时序演进等,得出网络舆情治理中意见领袖舆论引导研究的热点主题及前沿趋势。[结果/结论]研究表明,突发事件网络舆情演变中意见领袖舆论引导的生成机制,是当前研究的热点主题。基于意见领袖舆论引导的舆情传播演变、关键节点识别、媒体融合视角的协同引导与治理,已成为重要的研究前沿。
[Purpose/Significance]In the process of online public opinion governance,opinion leaders,as key nodes,play an important role in the process of public opinion dissemination and evolution and public opinion guidance.[Methods/Process]Using the bibliometric analysis method,with the help of the software Citespace5.6.R2,taking 159 articles in the CNKI database from 2008 to 2019 as a sample,from time distribution,main research power distribution,high-cited literature distribution,etc.On the one hand,it analyzes the research of opinion leaders public opinion guidance in online public opinion governance,and obtains the research on opinion leaders public opinion guidance in online public opinion governance through nominal terms in the cited literature,high-frequency keyword knowledge graph,cluster analysis,and time sequence evolution.Hot topics and cutting-edge trends.[Results/Conclusions]Studies have shown that the generation mechanism of opinion leaders public opinion guidance in the evolution of online public opinion in emergencies is a hot topic of current research.The collaborative guidance and governance based on the evolution of public opinion dissemination guided by opinion leaders public opinion,key node identification,and media integration perspective have become important research frontiers.
