体质指数对支气管哮喘预测指数阳性喘息婴幼儿疗效影响的研究

摘要 目的探索体质指数对支气管哮喘预测指数阳性喘息婴幼儿治疗疗效的影响。方法选择从2016年6月-2018年6月间到河南省临颍县妇幼保健院就诊的支气管哮喘预测指数阳性的喘息患儿126例,所有患儿根据体质指数分为研究组(72例)和对照组(54例)。所有患儿症状发作时采用吸氧、支气管舒张剂雾化吸入、糖皮质激素静脉滴注、抗组胺药物口服治疗;缓解期采用雾化吸入布地奈德及口服孟鲁司特颗粒治疗。观察两组患儿治疗后喘息发作频率、治疗疗效、症状控制时间和治疗后复发情况。结果治疗后研究组喘息发作次数频率为(3.36±1.48)次/周,对照组为(2.03±0.83)次/周,两组相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组症状控制率为73.61%,控制时间为(17.83±4.83)周,对照组症状控制率为92.59%,控制时间为(11.31±4.18)周,两组相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后复发率为20.83%,对照组为5.56%,两组相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论体质指数增高可以降低支气管哮喘预测指数阳性喘息患儿治疗效果,延长治疗时间,增加治疗后复发率。 Objective To explorer the therapeutic effect of body mass index on the wheezing children with positive predictive index of bronchial asthma.Methods A total of 126 wheezing infant with positive predictive index of asthma were selected from June 2016 to June 2018,and were divided into study group(72 cases)and control group(n=54)according to body mass index(BMI).During acute attack,all patients were treated with oxygen inhalation,bronchodilator inhalation,intravenous drip of glucocorticoid,and oral administration of antihistamines.Nebulized budesonide and oral montelukast particles were used in the remission stage.The frequency of wheezing after treatment,treatment efficacy,symptom control time and recurrence after treatment of the two groups were observed.Results After treatment,the frequency of wheezing episodes in the study group was(3.36±1.48)times/week,and the control group was(2.03±0.83)times/week,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The symptom control rate of the study group was 73.61%,and the control time was(17.83±4.83)w,while that of the control group was 92.59%,and the control time was(11.31±4.18)w.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).the recurrence rate was 20.83%in the study group and 5.56%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the recurrence rate was 20.83%in the study group and 5.56%in the control group.The difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions The increase of body mass index can reduce the effect of the treatment,prolong the treatment time and increase the recurrence rate after treatment of wheezing children with positive predictive index of bronchial asthma.
