摘要
目的分析浙贝母的含量与产量,筛选其栽培过程中微量元素的有效施用量。方法通过对浙贝母的抗氧化酶活性、根际土壤养分以及生物碱含量和产量的测定与分析,比较施用不同微量元素对浙贝母药材有效成分的影响,确定不同微量元素的最佳施用量。结果施用不同用量的微量元素肥料后,浙贝母药材中抗氧化酶活性及贝母素甲、贝母素乙、贝母辛、总生物碱的含量存在差异;施用2.0 mg·kg^-1Zn肥、1.0 mg·kg^-1Fe肥、0.5 mg·kg^-1Mn肥、0.4 mg·kg^-1Cu肥、0.8 mg·kg^-1Mo肥、0.4 mg·kg^-1B肥的用量时,抗氧化酶活性和总生物碱含量最高,浙贝母的产量与品质最优。结论施用不同用量的微量元素,可以提高浙贝母的产量和品质。
OBJECTIVE To analyze the content and production of Fritillaria thunbergii Miq.,and thus to screen possible effective application amount of trace elements in F.thunbergii cultivation.METHODS By measuring and analyzing the leaf enzyme activity,rhizosphere soil nutrient,alkaloid content and production of F.thunbergii,we compared the effects of different trace element fertilizers in the active ingredients of F.thunbergii,and determined the optimum application rate of different trace elements.RESULTS After applying different amounts of trace elements,the enzyme activity,verticine,verticinone,peimisine and total alkaloidal of F.thunbergii were different;application of 2.0 mg·kg^-1Zn fertilizer,1.0 mg·kg^-1Fe fertilizer,0.5 mg·kg^-1Mn fertilizer,0.4 mg·kg^-1Cu fertilizer,0.8 mg·kg^-1Mo fertilizer,and 0.4 mg·kg^-1B fertilizer was used,the leaf enzyme activity and total alkaloidal content were the highest,and the production and quality of F.thunbergii were optimal.CONCLUSION To apply different amounts of trace elements,such as 2.0 mg·kg^-1Zn fertilizer,1.0 mg·kg^-1Fe fertilizer,0.5mg·kg^-1Mn fertilizer,0.4 mg·kg^-1Cu fertilizer,0.8 mg·kg^-1Mo fertilizer,and 0.4 mg·kg^-1B fertilizer can improve the production and quality of F.thunbergii.
