摘要
实验以石油焦粉为原料制备工业硅生产用碳质还原剂球团,研究了微硅粉含量、润湿介质的种类、含水率、成型压力、润湿介质(NaOH溶液)浓度、粘结剂含量对球团湿球抗压强度、干球抗压强度、抗碎率、热强度与孔隙率的影响。研究结果表明:微硅粉含量为8.0%,润湿介质选用NaOH溶液,其浓度为5.0 mol/L,含水率为10.0%,成型压力为30 MPa,粘结剂含量为4.0%时,制备的球团性能最佳。
In the experiment,the petroleum coke powder is taken as the raw material for preparation of carbonaceous reducing agent pelleting for industrial silicon production,it is studied the content of microsilica,the type of wetted media,moisture content,forming pressure,wetted media(NaOH solution)concentration,the effect of binding agent content on the compressive strength of wet pelleting,the compressive strength of dry pelleting,the broken strength,thermal intensity and porosity.The study results show:the prepared pelleting has the optimum performance when the microsilica content is 8.0%,the wetted media is NaOH solution,its concentration is 5.0 mol/L,the moisture content is 10.0%,the forming pressure is 30MPa,the binding agent content is 4.0%.
